About The Role

MSS Security is looking for a motivated and confident Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support a small team, and ensure the safety and security of our site in North Ryde. This is a hands-on leadership position where your experience and guidance will help maintain a safe, compliant, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 4–5 Security Officers on-site
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
• Assist with rostering, shift planning, and incident reporting
• Liaise with site management and external stakeholders as needed
• Maintain a visible presence and support your team during day-to-day operations
• Valid NSW Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Proven experience in security, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
• Master Licence Number: 408742075
• Liaise with site management and external stakeholders as needed
