What you'll be doing

• Optimize translation timeframes and streamline vendor processes
• Assess translation quality and provide feedback to vendors
• Ensure consistency across vendors and spot check deliverables
• Prevent redundant translations by leveraging existing assets
• Oversee file and content management, including naming conventions and version control
• Coordinate with software translation teams to align on client preferences
• Lead cross-functional translation-related projects and ensure timely delivery
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Track translation projects and costs; analyze metrics to drive vendor negotiations
• Facilitate collaboration between Content Development, Business Admin Translation, and other departments
• What we look for
• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience
• Proven experience in course translation and localization, especially for eLearning platforms
• Familiarity with software translation and content management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Creative problem-solving and innovation in video content development
• Experience in healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
