Clario is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Compliance & Regulatory to lead and support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across our global operations. This role is critical in ensuring our adherence to regulatory frameworks and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical business practices. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage risk and drive compliance excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives across clinical technology and life sciences domains
• Advise on Sunshine Act reporting obligations; anti-corruption/anti bribery compliance (FCPA, AML, KYC); antitrust; government contracting compliance obligations; and other applicable regulatory frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and enhance internal policies and controls
• Investigate potential violations of law & company policy and oversee whistleblower reporting program
• Deliver compliance training and day-to-day compliance support to internal teams
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts
• Support reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee
• Assist with M&A due diligence
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and support audits as needed
• Support UBO/KYC and AML diligence requests
• Contribute to legal entity maintenance and governance
 

  • What We Look For
  • • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • • 4+ years of legal and compliance experience in-house or at a law firm
  • • Life sciences or clinical trials experience strongly preferred
  • • Proven ability to assess compliance risks and provide pragmatic compliance counsel
  • • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and business acumen
  • • Skilled at translating legal risk into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
  • • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • • High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
  • • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
