• Reporting to: Vice President, Electic Operations & Projects
• Location: Augusta, ME
• Work Type: Office

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $85,000 to $107,000 plus up to 16% bonus

Provides technical services and support in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence across key programs. This position leads analytical efforts to evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven planning.  Combines strong analytical skills with program management insight to influence outcomes and guide leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze complex data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. 
• Develop detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings for management and other stakeholders. 
• Develop recommendations for improving processes, products, or systems based upon data analysis. 
• Work with different departments and teams to understand their data needs and implement data-driven strategies. 
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of company data throughout its lifecycle. 
• Monitor business performance, evaluate metrics, and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Provides support for Emergency Events.

Qualifications:

• 8+ Years of releveant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (copywriting, editing and proofing)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage vendors for on-time, high-quality deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at a time
• A combination of a bachelor’s degree or four to eight years of experience will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in email platforms such as dotdigital, Mailchimp, Constant Contact
• Ability to write HTML code
• Experience with web platform editing, building, management
• Experience with Mail Merge, commercial printing, direct mail services, media buyers
• Data analysis experience
• Project management experience and/or communications planning
• Skilled in Excel and/or Power BI
• Prior experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management and communications proofing tool
