Your Role:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will be a member of the Global Engineering Tools organization. Our team contributes to the success of Aptiv by  providing Engineering Managers, Program Managers as well as the Leadership team across the globe with reports and intuitive visualizations of key performance indicators for their decision making. You will work closely with our internal business customers. Having strong communication skills and experience, you will enhance our way of working together with our business stakeholders.

You Will:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs
• Maintain Engineering tools (e.g. Planview, PMIS, Raida, DataLake, CFT, QlikSense), ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Establish reporting tools and their constant improvement for business stakeholders, in order to support data-driven decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses on process metrics and KPIs, provide regular reports to stakeholders and management
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with focus on improving processes & delivery efficiency

Your Background:

• 3+ years of experience in similar position
• B.S. or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology 
• English level B2 or higher
• Good problem solving skills, results orientation
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills, attention to details
• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools like Qlik or Power BI
