ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you love the idea of helping creative campaigns come to life, whether in-store, online, or in the field? As a Project Sr. Coordinator at Maverick Studios, you’ll play a critical role in the setup, tracking, and delivery of projects across traditional, digital, and field marketing channels.
From POP kits and packaging, to digital banners and emails, to event activations and field support, you’ll help ensure requests are properly set up, timelines are met, and creative assets are delivered seamlessly. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive on bringing order to fast-moving campaigns, this role is your perfect fit.
What You’Ll Own
- Intake Partner: Review incoming requests (traditional, digital, or field) to ensure briefs are complete before project setup.
- Detail Detective: Double-check specs (sizes, file types, naming conventions, shipping details) to keep projects flawless from start to finish.
- Team Liaison: Serve as the link between requestors, creative teams, and external partners to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Workflow Builder: Create and track projects in Workfront, grooming timelines and monitoring milestones.
- Documentation Dynamo: Maintain creative trackers, version logs, and production-ready files.
- Feedback Router: Route client feedback and ensure revisions align with brand standards.
- Delivery Manager: Ensure final assets are uploaded into DAM, SharePoint, or vendor portals
What You Bring
- Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, digital, creative operations, or project support (internship or entry-level agency/in-house experience counts).
- Tool Readiness: Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheets, SharePoint, digital asset management systems, or eagerness to learn quickly.
- Organized Mindset: A love of lists, check-ins, and keeping projects neat, tidy, and trackable.
- Communication Skills: Clear and proactive communicator, especially when timelines shift or info is missing.
- Detail Obsessed: You catch the small things (file names, specs, deadlines) that keep big projects running smoothly.
- Collaborative Spirit: Team-first attitude - you’re dependable, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand.

- Minimum 4 years – Bachelor’s Degree
Education Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; equivalent agency or in-house marketing experience also considered.
