Common Accountabilities

• Supports and develops a team of staff members, helping them achieve goals and outcomes. Sets clear objectives, provides feedback, and contributes to compensation decisions.
• Outlines a clear direction for the team aligned with department strategy and operational needs, translating it into actionable plans. Operates with autonomy and receives guidance from a senior manager.
• Serves as a resource across multiple areas, proactively identifying solutions to complex challenges.
• Improves processes and workflows using experience with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals.

Specific Accountabilities

Business Understanding

• Share the team’s technical and functional roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Share updates on team progress and initiatives.
• Support the team in delivering outcomes aligned with goals.
• Develop plans to address resource and operational needs.
• Explore new approaches to processes, workflows, and operational models.

Decision-Making

• Make decisions aligned with company policies and goals, with guidance from a senior manager.

Technical Delivery

• Deliver mobile solutions for airline customers globally. Experience with Android and iOS platforms is needed.
• Manage and resolve production support issues and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Work closely with software development, architecture, solutions, and quality assurance teams to ensure systems are designed for stability, scalability, and performance.

Communication

• Facilitate timely and clear communication with team members regarding organizational updates.
