Summary Of The Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team supporting Reconciliation and Accounting products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through test planning, execution, and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and support onboarding for key & new customers.

In This Role You’Ll

• Define test strategies and plans, ensuring traceability with customer requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate end-to-end test campaigns across teams, driving timely and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and support continuous integration and delivery.
• Investigate and report defects, assist in resolution, and validate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with scrum teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior QA engineers.

About The Ideal Candidate

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in QA, including backend and middleware testing, REST API validation, and automation using scripting languages like Python.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL and MongoDB, and understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
