Position Overview: The Partner Experience Business Management Associate Specialist plays a key role in driving business and people strategies that strengthen employee engagement and organizational performance. This position leads the analysis of business programs, workforce trends, and skill development initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations that optimize both employee experience and business outcomes.
The role encompasses assisting with strategy development, oversight of key initiatives, and monitoring of operational performance, while working closely with senior business management leads, division/department heads, and functional partners across the organization. Acting as a connector between leadership and employees, the Associate Specialist contributes to the design, communication, and implementation of the strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Bu Program Analysis
- Identify BU wise metrics and relevant data sources.
- Oversee analytics to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
- Build systems to transform raw data int actionable business insights.
- Consult and advise management on best practices for regional partner development based on analytics.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting employee experience metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Business Strategy & Growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business lead
- Support the execution of global partner experience strategies including onboarding, leadership development, operational excellence.
- Ensure business and people strategies consider industry trends
- Contribute to the development and communication of policies, processes, and resources that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Responsible for design & management of business development roadmap
- Lead the creation of evaluation frameworks to measure behavioral change and business impact.
- Consult and partner with the operational management team to develop priorities to enable delivery of the functional strategy for the business.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions.
- Deliverables: Strategic business roadmaps, synthesized reports and recommendations for global alignment, and frameworks for ongoing evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business management consulting, expertise in L&D trends, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Seasoned expert with strong technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise.
- Strong communication skills, together with influencing and relationship-building are important attributes for the role. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Some cost management experience including preparation of budgets and monitoring expenses for large functions is beneficial.
- Able to collaborate globally and work across business lines, building a strong network.
- Working with big sets of data and analyzing this to find conclusions.
Salary Range:
$95,600 - $129,000 - $162,400Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
