We are seeking an Identity Governance and Administration Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of identity lifecycle processes using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This role involves designing and automating workflows, integrating enterprise applications, developing custom identity logic, and enforcing access governance policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, deep knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain scalable, secure IAM solutions aligned with compliance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Automation: Architect and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) workflows for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes to automate identity provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Integration & Configuration: Configure connectors for SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications to ensure seamless and reliable identity synchronization.
  • Policy & Access Control: Develop custom rules and policies using Java BeanShell, PowerShell, and JSON to enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
  • Access Governance: Lead certification campaigns, compliance reporting, and other access governance initiatives.
  • API & Legacy Systems: Build secure RESTful API integrations and custom connectors to support legacy system interoperability.
  • System Health & Performance: Monitor identity systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for scalability and reliability.
  • Security Alignment: Ensure IAM solutions align with Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security standards.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to drive IAM modernization, while mentoring and guiding other IAM engineers.
  • Incident Response: Detect and respond to identity-related security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and policies.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in scripting with Java BeanShell, PowerShell, and JSON for identity automation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, Zero Trust architecture, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Skilled in integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and modern authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication abilities.
