How Will Your Ideas Contribute To Shaping What’S Next?

As part of our Transformation and Change team, embedded within the broader Engagement and Change Advisory practice, you’ll partner with government and private infrastructure clients to co-create solutions that drive transformation and deliver meaningful impact. Based in Sydney, and working closely with colleagues across Australia, you’ll support complex infrastructure projects spanning transport, energy, resources, mining, government, and defence.  In this role, you will:

• Provide advisory and consulting support on projects where social outcomes and community impact are central
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across diverse sectors
• Support transformation programs through organisational design, role impact analysis, and future-state planning
• Contribute to change management workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities
• Assist with business development by contributing to client proposals

What Are We Looking For From You?

This role suits early to mid-career professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including human resources, change management, organisational design, or other similar backgrounds where you’ve developed strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience across the different phases of a project’s life cycle, ideally complex or major infrastructure related, but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, plain language
• A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline - Human Resources, Communications, Management or similar
• Previous experience in a similar position
