How Will Your Ideas Contribute To Shaping What’S Next?

As part of our Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team, embedded within the broader Engagement and Change Advisory practice, you’ll partner with government and private infrastructure clients to co-create solutions that drive transformation and deliver meaningful impact. Based in Sydney, and working closely with colleagues across Australia, you’ll support complex infrastructure projects spanning transport, energy, resources, mining, government, and defence.  In this role, you will:

• Showcase your experience in strategic communications, community and stakeholder engagement
• Provide advisory and consulting support on projects where social outcomes and community impact are central
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across diverse sectors
• Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals

What Are We Looking For From You?

This role suits early to mid-career professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including communications, sales, marketing, journalism, or other industries where you’ve developed strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A passion for listening and engaging to support better decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, plain language
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
• Previous experience in a similar position
