Summer 2026 Internship- IT Support Team- Cleveland, Ohio

The Summer Intern will be a member of the IT Operations team responsible for supporting the IT needs across the BWE footprint.

The Summer Intern Program will introduce you to BWE, the capital markets industry, and our outstanding professionals.

Program participants will receive exposure to various asset classes, clients, capital sources, deal structuring, negotiation tactics, market trends, and financial models.

BWE is a national, full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company that puts people and communities first.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• • Assist the IT Support Specialists with break-fix issues as well as requests for new IT services.
• • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, permissions, and devices.
• • Support remote and in-office employees with computer upgrades and configurations.
• • Create and update solution articles for internal knowledge bases.
• • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for recurring issues.
• • Ad hoc special projects.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• • Current undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• • Strong oral and written communication skills.
• • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

DESIRED:
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Exposure to ticketing platforms like FreshService or ServiceNow for managing support requests.
