BWE Agency Analytics Internship
BWE provides capital to owners of all types of commercial real estate. Our primary sources of capital in the multifamily sector are Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In 2025, BWE will originate over $4 billion of debt that will be sold to these firms. Our Agency Analytics team supports these efforts by working with our producers nationwide, analyzing new investment opportunities, structuring capital options, presenting transactions to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and negotiating financing terms. The summer internship is designed to introduce students to the multifamily industry and explore how capital drives investment in communities.
