Business Solution Analyst for AI Automations Projects

We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst to support AI automation initiatives within the newly formed Data & AI Delivery team. The team’s mission is to centrally manage portfolio, demand, capacity, and stakeholder relationships across the CoE.  

Your impact at NN 

In this role, you’ll coordinate AI product teams and serve as a key link between business and technical stakeholders. You’ll identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and customer experience across digital channels. By translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, you’ll help streamline delivery and accelerate execution. Your work will ensure transparency, alignment, and measurable outcomes across markets. Ultimately, you’ll contribute to scaling AI adoption and enhancing NN’s digital customer journeys. 

The tasks you will perform 

• Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation potential. 
• Design and plan AI automation projects aligned with the product roadmap. 
• Collaborate with AI squads, product managers, and product owners to ensure agile delivery. 
• Propose and validate automation solutions for areas like claims processing and customer service. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. STP%, customer effort score, automation savings). 
• Engage with global business units to understand needs and tailor solutions. 
• Recommend improvements to existing automations based on performance data and feedback. 
• What we expect from you 
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or project delivery roles. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex processes and identify automation opportunities. 
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools and data-driven technologies. 
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in agile environments. 
• Excellent communication skills for working with international teams. 
• Understanding of life insurance operations, especially claims and customer service. 
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies in a fast-changing environment. 
• Advanced English proficiency required for collaboration in a global environment.

What is hiring process with us like 

Once we review your application and English CV, Marek (Talent Acquisition Partner - RPO) will give you a short introductory call to discuss your previous experience and the open position. 

If the initial conversation goes well, you’ll be invited to two interview rounds. The first round will ideally take place in person at our Prague office (or online) with Dana (Hiring Manager) and Marek. In the second round, you’ll meet several members of the team you may soon be joining.
