About the Role:Join Senior Helpers of Richmond as a Sales Director and lead our mission to provide exceptional in-home care services. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families in Mechanicsville, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in senior care.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Participate in community events to promote Senior Helpers and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and outreach.
• Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
