We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate caregiver to join our home care team in Kalamazoo, MI (49048). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others live comfortably and with dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Safely assist with transferring using proper techniques and/or equipment
• Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
• Prepare simple, healthy meals as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying client’s living space
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client’s needs and report any changes to the care team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience (Home Health, Private Care, CNA, or similar)
• Proven experience with transferring assistance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be dependable, patient, and respectful

Schedule & Location:

• Day Shifts, Morning Shifts, and Evening Shifts
• Upto 40 Hrs per week
• Kalamazoo, MI 49048
