We’re looking for a Therapy Specialist to join our Vascular team in Italy, driving excellence in coronary therapies and capital equipment solutions.
What You’Ll Do
As a Therapy Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical innovation, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver life-changing solutions. Your role will combine technical expertise, strategic sales, and impactful training to elevate patient outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Champion our coronary portfolio and capital equipment solutions, driving adoption and growth.
- Deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations that highlight the value and differentiation of our products.
- Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and targeted accounts.
- Lead product launches and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions to ensure excellence in product usage and therapy understanding.
- Use tools like Salesforce and Power BI to plan, track, and analyze field activities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and manage consignment inventory effectively.
- Stay compliant with all internal policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
- A scientific mindset and a passion for clinical excellence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage physicians and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of coronary therapies and capital equipment.
- Experience in data analysis to support clinical conversations.
- A university degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
