Operations Leadership Development Program Overview
The purpose of the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is to develop new and emerging engineering leaders by accelerating their careers and preparing them to lead Medtronic in the future.
The OLDP represents the beginning of a talent pipeline that will develop into savvy, seasoned, skilled professionals populating the management ranks of Medtronic in the years to come. Throughout this 2-year program, you will gain a breadth of experience in multiple departments while being exposed to a variety of technical and business functions within Medtronic’s Global Operations and Supply Chain space.
