Description De La Mission

Directly reporting to the Director of the Eastern Europe cluster, you are in charge of the operational and commercial management of our CZ subsidiary within the Line of Business Road Transport.
This subsidiary is composed of a main establishment in Prague and another one at Pribram, in a total of 30 employees.

As an experienced manager, you manage and contribute to the development of the skills of your teams, mainly from industry environment.
You are in charge of your subsidiary's results and carry your budget
You are the main contact for the perimeter's customers and have the task to develop the turnover in a profitable way, within the objectives and strategies defined by the Group
You are setting up a right organization and drive the indicators to ensure an the proper monitoring of quality of service, but also to achieve the requirements of profitability while respecting the processes and tools deployed by the Group and his safety policy.
You are in charge of the development of our transport and logistics services activities on this perimeter and the results,

Profil Du Candidat

Experience of at least 5 years is required as a profit center's operational manager with development, management and organization dimensions, Or in the budget management of an activity, preferably in a group environment.
The management experience ideally gained in a very characterized industry employees environment.
Ideally acquired in our sector of transport of goods (batches in own resources as well as in chartering) and associated logistics,
With a strong strategic and commercial development orientation.
Knowledge of chartering business in the Road freight sector is required.

You have excellent managerial skills, leadership and relational intelligence. Strongly oriented results and customers, you like to face challenges, enterprising, proactive and innovative. Rigorous, pragmatic, pugnacious, able to arbitrate and decide.

Czech and English fluently mandatory
French speaker is a plus
