Job Description

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale and strengthen our infrastructure as our platforms and user base continue to grow. In this role, you’ll design, optimize, and maintain tools and systems that empower our R&D and development teams to deliver faster, more securely, and with greater reliability. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a problem-solving mindset, and the technical expertise to drive improvements across our cloud and CI/CD environments.

• Ensure our platforms remain cost-effective, flexible, secure, compliant, and resilient.
• Build and deliver tools that enable fast, productive, and collaborative work.
• Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development.
• Manage and support our cloud infrastructure (with a focus on AWS).
• Partner with development teams to provide smooth operations and guidance.
• Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements.
• Prioritize effectively while taking ownership of projects and challenges.
• Contribute creative ideas and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.

What You’Ll Need To Succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also valued).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and virtualization environments (ECS, EKS, Rancher).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals: routing, sub-netting, firewalls, DNS, SSL certificates, high availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code frameworks (CloudFormation, Serverless Framework, Terraform).
