IT Communications Sr Analyst
This position is hybrid model in our Sao Paulo/Sao Bernardo do Campo unit.
Position Summary
The IT Communications will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing effective communication strategies within the IT department and across the organization. This role involves translating complex IT concepts into clear, accessible information to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of IT initiatives, updates, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills, along with a strong understanding of the importance of effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and implement communication plans that effectively inform stakeholders about IT initiatives, system updates, and change management processes.
- Create engaging, accurate, and accessible content for various communication mediums, including emails, intranet updates, presentations and other media.
- As required, create clear and concise documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and system release notes that effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Publish documentation such as use guides, FAQ, communications, quick tips and other item in ServiceNOW.
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather information about ongoing projects, system enhancements, and IT policies to disseminate relevant content.
- Act as a point of contact for communication-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses to stakeholders.
- Organize or help support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings to enhance understanding of IT tools and services.
- Ensure that all communication aligns with the overall branding and messaging of the organization.
- Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to assess communication effectiveness and continuously improve strategies.
- Use translation tools to translate communications and other documentation into Spanish, Portuguese or Spanish.
- Coordinate the release of common IT communications across the Americas region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to IT communications.
- Up to 25% of time may be assigned to work as part of the NORAM IT Collaboration squad.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT communication to enhance the overall communication framework within the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Speak and Write the following languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Experience in communication roles, with a focus on IT-related communications preferred.
- Strong grasp of IT concepts and terminology, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and project collaboration software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Preferred functional experience working with graphical design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
