Core Responsibilities
- You will first and foremost be a Gaming IPs audience expert.
- You have a talent for building an understand of consumer- and shopper needs and you master how to interpret, translate and synthesize quant- and qualitative insights..
- Co-drive campaign & communication briefings
- Ensure development and deployment of campaigns across markets and eco-systems
- Driving campaign and activation after actions reviews to ensure important metrics are met and that campaigns are continuously optimized to match evolving media landscape
- Special focus on driving outstanding execution leveraging partner channels and platforms
- Monitor and analyse business performance of Gaming IPs, the Toy industry and competition to bring the most relevant insights to identify challenges and growth opportunities
- Develop strong global selling-in materials for the markets in collaboration with business lead
- You understand Gaming IPs, and Gaming as a passion and have an intuitive understanding of how LEGO can connect with the respective Gaming IPs cultures in an authentic and meaningful way.
- As you will work in a Gaming IPs environment, you will work with key partners to ensure we have a smooth and optimized process in the ongoing dialogue marketing- and communication asset development.

The Global Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.
The Marketing function is responsible for identifying conceptual opportunities based on the overall marketing objectives and strategies and for developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market. This includes the development of product portfolio, packaging and campaign material as well as ensuring strong execution in market by collaborating with key partners across the value chain.
Do you have what it takes
- Minimum a handful of years of proven experience in consumer products marketing (ideally with kids / family products)
- Experience in developing and leading product campaigns, including agency management
- Experience with external IP partners is a plus.
- Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units
- Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and inspire colleagues
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
