Core Responsibilities  

As an Executive Assistant, GAME, you will primarily support our Senior VP (SVP) in addition to supporting our GAME Leadership Team (LT) as needed. 

Svp Support

  • Make independent decisions on behalf of the SVP, prioritizing and filtering information to present only the most relevant materials.  
  • Be energized and passionate about being in the detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture. 
  • Organize calendar, prioritizing and re-arranging meetings on the fly. 
  • Travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and expenses. 
  • Handling of confidential documents and help with collecting and organizing pre-reads. 
  • Coordinate logistics for Leadership meetings, including agenda creation. 
  • Maintain a backlog of discussion topics and support the planning of off-sites and game jams. 
  • Foster an inclusive office environment that encourages thriving contributions from all team members.

Game Lt Support

The LEGO® GAME ambition is to demonstrate that games based on the LEGO Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe, developed for everyone and loved by children.  


You will get a unique insight into how one of the world's largest brands partners with other big brands and develops digital gaming experiences that will reach millions of kids. This role will support effective decision making in the LT and support the SVP, Head of LEGO GAME gain a balance in everything he does in his professional life.

Please note: This position can be based in either Billund or Copenhagen, with occasional travel to the other office depending on business needs. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

  • Diligent in attention to detail. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication. 
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Outlook and SharePoint.
