Core Responsibilities

  • Build a strong strategy for short & mid-term consumer sales growth, growing active consumer base, recruitment, retention and building the brand
  • Drive product and commercial opportunities while monitor business performance, using relevant insights to accelerate demand in kids & adult audiences
  • Influence the audiences Consumer Sales plan and forecasts by using relevant data and performance tracking
  • Ensure a strong brand presence across all touch points, working closely with internal marketing, agency, market partners, and IP partners
  • Develop, transform and optimize the marketing and go-to-market approach to the needs of the new OESP approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global/Regional Brand Managers to foster impactful cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Lead local selling-in for successful deployment in LATAM.
  • Develop and implement local launch and marketing activation plans to engage audiences through LEGO framework

You will be joining the LATAM Brand/Trade Marketing team in the LEGO Mexico offices. This team:

  • Crafts and cultivates consumer demand in LATAM markets by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus
  • End-to-end marketing planning and execution from input into campaign development to execution with Trade Marketing and Sales across our different channels
  • Brand and category business planning and analysis while monitoring external competitive environment.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Passion for and/or experience working with children as a target audience.
  • Proven track record as brand marketing professional in regional environment, highlighted by a blend of commercial and strategic skills.
  • Experience in consumer products and/or FMCG, and strong ability to develop and activate campaigns
  • Experience from within the toy, family, gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Digital/eCommerce experience is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in translating complex findings into straightforward insights, directions, and recommendations
  • A collaborative approach – combined with a natural authority and ability to make decisions with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to excel independently and in diverse teams, encouraging collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Trustworthy teammate and project manager with the ability to drive cross-functional collaborators through a go to market strategy and deliver results
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex processes
  • English – Advanced
