Temporary Distribution Clerk

Movado Group, Inc. is hiring multiple temporary warehouse associates. These are general labor roles within a distribution center. Tasks may include:

• Picking product
• Packing and labeling product according to order specifications
• Moving goods, supplies, and other materials from one area to another
• Loading/unloading trucks, shelves, or shipping pallets
• Performing any additional duties as instructed by management

Flexibility is a must, as our temporary associates work in various departments to adjust to the workflow.

Day shift, however, overtime may be available and may include nights and weekends (no overnights).

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to count, read, and understand written English and follow instructions in order to pack orders according to specifications
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check
• Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. 
• Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic 
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population 
• Ability and willingness to be cross-trained in other areas and/or departments as required by the business 
• Ability to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary) 

The hourly rate for this position is $15.50.
