Job Overview:

LPL’s LEAP (LPL Enhanced Analytics Package) Datapacks  team is enhancing the application by automating subscription processes using strategic data sources. We are looking for a technical leader to drive the enhancements. This is a very hands-on role and will be working with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Leap Datapacks Product in design, development, enhancements and application migration to the strategic sources of data.
  • Full life cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) in all aspects of Distribution of Datapacks
  • Lead, coach, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of onshore and offshore developers to architect, build, deploy and support best-in-class software solutions for the customers.
  • Drive resolution for technical issues and provide alternate solutions.
  • Serve as resident expert in all database application deliveries with a focus on overall performance.
  • Support release and post production support activities of the product.
  • Support and remediation of existing application implementations and oversee all new implementations accessing databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related study accompanied by 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience and resident expert of Cloud  technologies like Snowflake, PostGresql, DBT,AWS S3/Lambda/Glue/Air Flow and other AWS native technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working as both a front-end and full-stack developer designing UI solutions and implenting  using .NET and Angular.
  • Hands of development experience using Python.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts into comprehensible business terminology.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and process orientation.
  • Commitment to excellence in service, performance, and execution
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously as well as produce high-quality end to end solutions for complex data problems.

Preferences:

  • Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus
  • CI/CD, GitHub, and Octopus or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Fin-Tech industry is a plus.

Pay Range:

$140,475-$234,125/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
