Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

- Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings
- Understand how to identify, analyse, and report risks
- Work in areas like credit risk, financial risk, financial crime, operational risk, and compliance
- Gain unique experience through a range of change and innovation projects
- Discover how risk is managed in a dynamic financial institution
- Shape our policies and determine risk appetites
- Accelerate your capability by studying towards a professional qualification

At the end of two years your programme will end, and we’ll support you to apply for your next job. Past graduates have been successful in applying for jobs such as Risk Partner, Conduct or Compliance Adviser, Operational Risk Manager, Financial Crime Specialist, or Credit Risk Analyst.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for our Risk graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
- To be a keen problem solver
- Good analytical skills
- To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
- The ability to think strategically

Not all of our graduate programmes offer Skilled Worker sponsorship. We will only offer sponsorship if there is a business requirement to do so and the job meets Skilled Worker Visa eligibility criteria.
