What You'Ll Be Doing:

As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating forecasts for selected markets and categories. You will collaborate closely with marketing planners and the supply chain team. Your role involves participating in the creation and optimization of plans by providing advice and analyzing possible scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'Ll Be Working On:

• Creating sales forecasts at the SKU level for assigned product categories.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Campaign Planning Teams, both locally and regionally.
• Participating in forecast alignment meetings.
• Monitoring and analyzing trends, seasonality, and sales promotion effectiveness.
• Tracking sales forecast accuracy.
• Preparing regular and ad hoc sales performance reports.

 
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in forecasts and analysis.
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus).
Strong personal and communication skills.
Very good knowledge of English.
Attention to detail.
Analytical skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
