We’re looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our mission and lead our housekeeping operations to the highest standard. In this role you will assist in managing all housekeeping performance, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in supervising and mentoring team members, maintaining standards, and supporting the Executive Housekeeper with operational planning and execution.

Some of what you will be doing …

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Implement and monitor housekeeping standards, procedures, and rosters
  • Conduct inspections and audits of rooms and public areas to ensure consistent quality
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate with procurement
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in preparing departmental budgets, reports, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction

Bring with you …

  • 5+ years experience in housekeeping management within 4–5 star hotels or luxury serviced apartments
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
