We are currently hiring a Machine Operator II to support production excellence and coach the next generation of operators.

What You’Ll Do

As a Machine Operator II, you’ll take your skills to the next level by:

• Setting up machines for a variety of job runs
• Assisting Operators with machine setup and tool adjustments
• Identifying and installing the proper tool sets for each job
• Using calipers and measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances
• Applying math skills to measure down to the thousandth of an inch
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Sharing your knowledge by training and coaching new team members
• Strong math skills (basic to moderate)
• At least 9 months of Machine Operator I experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision measuring tools
