Business Analyst – Agile Delivery

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements at the User Story level. You’ll ensure that stories meet the Definition of Ready and maintain traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Your work will involve breaking down complex requirements into clear, buildable components—sometimes using SQL queries, pseudo-code, or data flow diagrams—to support our development teams.

You’ll work closely with Senior and Lead Business Analysts during Agile ceremonies, helping manage backlogs and refine requirements. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively will be key to your success. You’ll also collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are met, and you’ll proactively raise risks, issues, and dependencies as they arise.

What You’Ll Bring:

You’ll bring a solid understanding of the Business Analysis discipline and experience working in Agile environments. You’re comfortable with the Software Development Lifecycle, whether Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and you know how to engage proactively with scrum teams and Product Owners.

Your technical toolkit includes ADO, MS SQL (with skills like common table expressions and advanced grouping), XML/XSD, JSON API documentation, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel. You’re adept at writing fully described user stories with acceptance criteria, EPICs, and Wiki documentation. You can reverse engineer application functionalities even when documentation is missing, and you understand how systems and data interact.
