Position Overview:

To process orders for shipments or customer pick-ups as required by the customer and as required by the company. 

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to manage the shrink/scrap process for all product types 
• Must research when product is not in location and resolve 
• Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders 
• Must be able to assist or backup Transportation Coordinator with some job functions 
• Must be able to complete regularly scheduled cycle inventory 
• Must be able to track aged products to ensure efficient use of storage locations 
• Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations 
• Manage flow of all priority orders and/or delayed shipments 
• Schedule FedEx orders 
• Assign/reallocate stock as necessary 
• Communicate with customers on “aged” orders 
• Process vendor claims 
• Process all facility Accounts Payable transactions 
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager 

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and write numbers in English 
• Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements 
• Must be able to make decisions independently 
• Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data 
• Must be able to meet frequent deadlines 
• Must have high school diploma or GED 
• This position is located and works out of Charlotte, NC 
• $22.79 Per Hour 
• Monday - Friday:  7:00 am to 3:30 pm
