Job Requirements

• Supporting the end to end delivery of pension administration lifecycle tasks.
• Contributing to making a positive difference to the lives of the end customers and exceeding client expectations via strong operational rigor and delivery. Also ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained to Aptia standards.
• Driving Process Improvement Initiatives - Being bold in thinking and bringing innovative solutions to any barriers faced
• Building the team knowledge and capability to deliver more complex and non-standard tasks independently

We will count on you to:
• Support the team manager to drive effective business outcomes and SLA delivery
• Timely allocation of work from Skelta, ROD, email boxes and Intelligent office
• Delivering the Process control effectiveness and a Gold delivery in Internal audits
• Maintaining Process SOPs, Maps, training documentation and delivery
• Building the team knowledge and capability to deliver more complex and non-standard tasks independently
• Be the SPOC for process related issues, escalations and changes
• Participate in in weekly calls with Onshore and close the actions in timely manner
• Lead and support non-standard project work
• Effective/Accurate reporting of key metrics and business reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder management, Timely response to all requests received from all stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem solving skills – Provide data backed recommendations to support decision making skills.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability – as the role will demand to switch between tasks and work on urgent ad-hoc requests

What you need to have:
• Strong knowledge on Financial planning and Wealth Management domains
• Understanding of UK insurance and/or financial services sectors
• Basic knowledge of Quality tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen & CII certifications preferred
• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word). (Must have)
• Minimum 3-4 years experience overall, 12 months experience as Senior Process administrator.
• Should have at least “Meets Expectations” or equivalent rating in last 2 appraisal ratings
