Product Analyst

What does a successful Product Analyst do at Fiserv?

As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of Fiserv’s clients. You will ensure that the requirements are accurately documented allowing Fiserv’s technical teams implement the defined solution.  You will be part of our amazing Product Team; we are team that supports each other in our commitments and deliverables.  This role will provide you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key decisions, and shape the future of our business.

What You Will Do:

  • Create functional and high-level technical requirements and translate market requirements into deliverables
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Business Analysts to ensure the feature pipeline provides value to customers
  • Work with engineering, architecture leads and UI/UX designers to slice projects into work packages and distribute those to the appropriate Scrum Teams
  • Manage backlog refinement for the feature set
  • Track development progress for the feature set and provide input/status to the Product Area Lead
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders when required
  • Document the features for both internal and external audiences

What you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, product or project management
  • Experience with the design and delivery of digital products
  • Customer-centric way of thinking
  • Familiar with agile techniques (specifically Scrum, SAFe)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into workable deliverables, convey ideas to others, allowing stakeholders to weigh pros and cons
  • Strong ability to plan and prioritise

What would be great to have:

  • Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) skills
  • Comfortable working with large enterprise customers, and equally medium sized clients
