Salary: $100,780 – $105,340 + super + salary packaging

Anchor is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our MyLife team, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to children, young people, and families.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team delivering Targeted Care Packages – flexible, individualised support to help young people transition out of (or avoid entering) residential care.

Your role as Case Manager

You’ll work closely with Youth Workers and other key supports to:

  • Deliver holistic case management tailored to the needs and goals of each young person.
  • Partner with young people, families, and professionals in their care team.
  • Embrace evidence-based practice grounded in developmental trauma, positive psychology and self-determination theory.
  • Promote safety, stability, connection and personal growth for every client.
  • Record and evaluate outcomes using Anchor’s program tools and frameworks.

About You

You’re a motivated practitioner who brings:

  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work or related discipline (final-year students may be considered).
  • A solid understanding of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and trauma-informed practice.
  • Experience in case management within child, youth or family services.
  • An ability to work with young people from diverse and complex backgrounds, including those in the statutory care system.
  • Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating positive change.
