Phlebotomist - Day shift (69352)

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time Phlebotomist (Lab Tech) to join our team at Washington State Prison located in Davisboro, GA.

Shift:

• Full-time | Day shift | Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM - 3: 30 PM 

Pay Rate:

• $18.00-$23.00 an hour

The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger sticking for blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
• Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Corrections experience preferred 
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
