We are seeking a Head of Growth & Partnerships to join our team! 

CFHS is seeking a dynamic, mission-aligned, and highly organized professional to serve as our Head of Growth & Partnerships, to lead our business development efforts and manage key client relationships. This position is ideal for an inquisitive strategic thinker with both client-facing consulting experience, a strong executive presence, and a passion for growing impact in the nonprofit human services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• identifying, cultivating and closing new client opportunities
• deepening relationships with existing and former clients
• contributing directly to product development and project delivery. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, nonprofit leadership, and strategic growth roles within the human services industry (Behavioral Health, SUD, IDD)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and drive consultative sales in a mission-driven context.
• Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and engaging with executives; strong executive presence.
• Mission-driven and excited to be part of a fast-growing firm working at the intersection of human services, behavioral health, and innovation.
• Adept at balancing strategy with detail – able to see the big picture while tracking deliverables.
• Experience delivering consulting or technical assistance in areas such as organizational strategy, operational improvement, quality management, or systems transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to travel for conferences, client meetings, and team meetings as needed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a small team environment and willingness to flex between strategic and hands-on tasks.
