What You’Ll Achieve

As a Content Intelligence Senior Advisor, you will evaluate content data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve content performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also help to shape the future of content in Dell Technologies!

You Will:

• Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to Content Engineering leadership team.
• Performs regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and evaluations of authored, localized and AI generated content and prepares reports and summaries of findings
• Identify, assess and document potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed or used, and communicates with business users to resolve data quality issues.
• Consult with content teams to identify new reports needed to support business requirements
• Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective
• Design, run and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement
• Follow industry trends and discuss them with the internal business teams

Essential Requirements

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with proven expertise in reporting and PowerBI
• Excellent technical aptitude and presentation skills
• Solution-oriented approach for creating great technology data-driven experiences 
• Strong mathematical/statistical knowledge
• Good understanding of specific data intelligence and experience within content authoring and localization strategies.

Desirable Requirements

• Proven experience in similar roles
• Experience in managing AI-powered content workflows. 
• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ yrs. with a master’s degree or a Ph.D.  with no experience or equivalent.
