PKI Cyber Security Support

Position Summary
Cyber Security personnel drive RMF/ATO sustainment, vulnerability management, and STIG/SCAP compliance for PKI systems (CAs, validation services, RA workstations, and supporting infrastructure).
Clearance & Certifications

Active TS/SCI.
U.S. citizen; favorably adjudicated background per contract.
CISSP (preferred) and DoD IAT baseline; current ACAS/SCAP proficiency.

Location of Performance

Primary: MCCOG – Quantico, VA; on‑site presence at least weekly for checks/remediation.
Support to additional CONUS/OCONUS sites as required for inspections or audits.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain RMF packages and POA&Ms; support ATO renewals and audits.
Enforce STIG/SRG baselines; execute SCAP scans and manual reviews on cadence.
Drive IAVM compliance; coordinate GPO/patching with AD/server teams.
Prepare for and support CCRI and PKI RA inspections; collect artifacts/metrics.
Oversee RA workstation cyber compliance independent of RA operations.

Performance Measures & Deliverables

Timely CAT I/II remediation; 100% IAVM compliance; documented risk acceptance where applicable.
Accurate monthly cyber reporting with trend analysis and action plans.
Monthly Cyber Security Management Report; inspection artifacts; updated POA&Ms.
