Position Summary
The RA operates the enterprise PKI help desk and certificate lifecycle services across USMC NIPR/SIPR, including issuance, revocation, key recovery, and LRA oversight, training, and audits.
Clearance & Certifications

Active (TS/SCI).
U.S. citizen; favorably adjudicated background per contract.
DoD/NSS RA certification; Key Recovery Agent qualified.
CompTIA Security+ (or higher) or equivalent IAT baseline.

Location of Performance

Primary: MCCOG – Quantico, VA (enterprise RA operations).
Travel: CONUS/OCONUS as needed for LRA audits/training (e.g., Camp Pendleton, Camp Lejeune, Okinawa).
On-site mission-essential; work performed on controlled GFE.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the PKI RA Enterprise Help Desk (triage, ticketing, metrics).
Issue/revoke user, administrator, and server certificates; perform NIPR/SIPR key recovery.
Execute casualty and compromise processes within required timelines.
Manage LRA onboarding/offboarding; maintain auditable RA/LRA logs and records.
Deliver training and outreach for LRAs/TAs and end users; maintain materials and schedules.
Plan and conduct LRA audits; report findings and corrective actions.

Performance Measures & Deliverables

Meet ticket SLAs for assignment, updates, and resolution; maintain daily RA logs.
Revoke compromised certs and publish updates within required windows.
LRA Audit Reports; ad‑hoc metrics and dashboards; updates to SharePoint/E‑ITSM.
