Join the high-performing collision repair team at Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor, where your expertise will be valued and your schedule will stay full.We’re a busy, well-established body shop with multiple Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) through leading insurance companies—meaning plenty of work and consistent volume to keep you engaged and growing.What You’ll Do:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and match paint colors using computerized systems to ensure a seamless finish
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other specialized equipment
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups or polishing as needed
• Maintain paint booths, spray guns, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Paint Technician or similar role
• Preferred experience with water-based paint systems
• Strong knowledge of paint types, color matching, and application techniques
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various positions
