Junior Software Engineer

Summary:

We are growing, nationally and internationally, and we have an exciting opportunity for junior software engineers to join our friendly team.

You’ll help build, and improve the technology that powers Obzervr — You’ll work on mobile apps that are deployed to iOS, Android, and Windows devices, and on cloud systems that support offline data sync, workflow orchestration, analytics, and more. We’re also investing heavily in AI — You'll be part of a team exploring how modern AI tools can make complex frontline work easier, faster, and safer.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain understandable, testable, and secure code
• Build new features for mobile, web, and cloud platforms
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver real value to users
• Take part in daily standups, workshops, design sessions, and regular demos
• Participate in a rotating support roster to help troubleshoot real-world issues and improve our product

Qualifications:

• You don’t need professional experience — just show us what you’ve built.
• We're looking for people who code. Whether you've studied computer science, are self-taught, or switched careers — if you’ve been building projects in your spare time, contributing to open source, or experimenting with code, we want to see it.
