You will help manage and maintain the facilities of a site/office (excluding manufacturing and IT-related areas) to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance to health, safety, environment and security policy, guidelines and requirements.

How you will contribute

You Will:

  • Coordinate and monitor the daily cleaning, maintenance and repairs for the site infrastructure (cafeteria, pantry, office area, internal mailing etc.), ensuring all vendor service levels are met and escalating and following up on any unresolved issues
  • Support the facilities requirements of all factory/office-related projects and investments related to the property and to some extent production
  • Adhere to the budget and annual plan for the maintenance of the site/office and ensure timely vendor payments
  • Creation and management of purchase orders and receipts in the Coupa system for various suppliers – procurement of goods and services
  • Responsibility for supplying the warehouse with PPE, production tools, hygiene and cleaning materials
  • Communication with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, invoicing and reminders
  • Office management – ensuring smooth office operations (supplies, equipment, coordination with technical support)
  • Administrative and organizational support for management team members
  • Processing and reconciliation of business travel expenses for the director
  • Monthly reporting and settlement of the company car usage for the director
  • Support in organizing visits, audits, excursions and workshops, including:
  • Catering, PPE, gift bags, technical equipment
  • Assistance with logistics organization – transfers, taxis, hotels
  • Handling and dispatch of company mail (both physical and electronic
  • Managing the company’s electronic mailbox and distributing documents
  • Recording and archiving of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • What you will bring

  • Previous experience in facilities management
  • In-depth knowledge of the utilities necessary for the smooth functioning of the site/office (air conditioning, electrical wiring, piping, electric power distribution, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of current regulations in the fields of utilities and building management
  • Responsiveness, anticipates issues ahead, highly organized personality
  • Compliance with deadlines and costs
  • Budgeting and budget monitoring
  • Excellent use of IT (CMMS Coswin, SAP) and administrative tools

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 1.650 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.

The position is open as a cover for maternity leave.
