Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engaging and relevant social media content to boost user engagement.
• Promote the company’s services through social media to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Check and evaluate social media content before publication.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, identify trends, audience needs, and preferences, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Handle interactions and feedback from social media users, including answering questions, providing customer support, and managing situations that arise.
• Create insight reports and monitor the engagement of the company's social media accounts.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in social media analytics and monitoring tools.
• Skilled in creative design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Trends.
