We're hiring a Warehouse 2IC in Canning Vale, WA!

In this role you'll be supporting our Warehouse Team Leader with coaching and mentoring a team of Storepersons and Clothing Facilitators to drive their success.

You'll be supporting your Team Leader with the following activities:

• Lead and manage the warehouse & embellishment team to deliver results.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring labour performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to support growth strategies, provide accurate information, and ensure service KPIs are consistently achieved
• Maintain accurate customer and production data, support operational KPIs, and ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently.
• Monitor staffing rosters for optimal operations, support recruitment and training needs, and contribute to team performance reviews.
• Actively participate to ensure a safe working environment for all, monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance

What You’Ll Bring With You:

• Warehouse/Operations/Supply Chain & Logistics experience (preferred)
• A genuine desire to grow into a long-term management career
• Strong leadership and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
• Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems, especially MS Excel and Dynamics (preferred)
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
• Strong commitment to safety, wellbeing, and compliance
• Current WA Drivers License (preferred)
