About The Role

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our outdoor cleaning operations. Lead your team to ensure the beautiful outdoor spaces across the City of Sydney are maintained to the highest standards.

• Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners
• Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• Maintain and utilise cleaning equipment
• Maintain a safe working environment

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Coordinating cleansing of parks, jutes include BBQs if required, graffiti, benches, seats, signs, bubblers, rubbish removal and leaf litter,

About You

• Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities
• Manual driver's license
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working
