Position Summary
- The Product & Technology Organization at HealthTrust defines and implements solutions that empower our customers, suppliers, and business partners to realize savings and drive improved clinical outcomes. If we do our jobs well, we lower costs for healthcare providers, enabling them to make care more affordable for all. In this position, you will:

Responsibilities
- Core Development
- Languages: C#, .NET Core, Python (for automation scripting/integration)
- Messaging & Event-driven Systems
- Kafka / RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus (with focus on Pub/Sub in GCP)
- Event-driven architecture and distributed systems design
- Databases - Relational: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL: MongoDB, Firestore, Cosmos DB
- Automation & Orchestration - UiPath (RPA)
- Orchestrator setup and bot lifecycle management
- Integration of RPA with APIs, cloud services, and messaging queues
- DevOps & CI/CD
- GitHub workflow, Azure DevOps etc.
- Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Terraform / Pulumi (infrastructure as code, optional)
- Best Practices
- Design patterns (factory, singleton, observer, etc.)
- Event sourcing, CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation)
- Secure coding, logging, and monitoring
