Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist – Team Leader / Area Manager

Are you a physiotherapist who is looking to learn a new set of skills? This role will introduce you to your leadership career by managing a small team of Physiotherapists whilst staying active clinically. You will need to learn communication, management and business skills along the way, whilst driving a consistently high standard of clinical work.

The Role

• Maintain a clinical workload in residential aged care
• Provide clinical leadership
• Oversee service delivery
• End to end workforce management, planning and development
• Build relationships with key partners
• Conduct site visits that involve semi-regular overnight travel

About You

Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist in Australia
• AHPRA registration
• Drive and have own car
• Open to overnight travel requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate IT skills
• Value your work, enjoy hitting goals, and able to be flexible and prioritise

Advantageous

• Previous clinical experience in residential aged care
• Previous clinical leadership experience
