We are currently looking for a Talent Manager France to sit within the HR team, for a 11-month fix term contract. The purpose of the role is to pilot and implement projects related to recruitment, talent management and diversity and inclusion within the French business.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- In close collaboration with the EU Talent Acquisition team and France HR team, establish and deploy relevant sourcing and selection strategies for existing /new stores and store operations graduate scheme
- Ensure standardized process and selection tools are properly applied
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand image
- Track the recruiting budget managed by the EU Talent Acquisition team
- Empower managers by providing accurate recruitment training and coaching
- Be the main point of contact and support for the Applicant tracking system day to day management and use (Workday)
- Lead organization of recruitment events (concept design, logistics, facilitation of the event)
Diversity And Inclusion
- Set up and deploy the local recruiting and integration strategies for people with disabilities and refugees, in collaboration with local HR and Sustainability department
- Pilot Apprenticeship yearly campaigns
- Develop and Manage partnerships with external Organizations relevant for the D&I agenda
Candidate'S Profile
- Master's degree in HR or Business Management
- Minimum 5-year experience in HR, preferably as HR generalist or Talent Management or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience in working for a retail company
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Deep knowledge in French labor law
Fluent English
- Strong listening skills and communication
Logical Thinking
- Business and results oriented
Resilience
- High sense of organization
- Open to travels (how often do you envisage)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday would be an advantage
- Experience of managing employer brand using social media
- 25 days holiday + RTT
